Carré Farms

Carré Farms is a family-run Jersey farming business founded by Matthew and Aimee Carré, continuing generations of agricultural tradition in the west of the island. Farming has long been part of the Carré family heritage, with roots stretching back to the establishment of Fosse Au Bois Farm in 1978.

Established in 2022, Carré Farms began by growing produce in family-owned polytunnels and greenhouses before expanding into the cultivation of indoor and outdoor Jersey Royals. Today, the farm produces high-quality potatoes across several vergées of land, supplying honesty huts, local markets, shops, and food outlets across Jersey.

Built around family values, sustainability, and a strong connection to the land, Carré Farms is committed to preserving Jersey’s farming heritage while creating a future for the next generation. Their produce reflects a dedication to quality, local food production, and traditional island farming methods.
