Didier & Christine Hellio

Didier and Christine Hellio are a husband-and-wife farming team based in St Ouen, producing a wide range of fresh, locally grown vegetables. Their farm supplies produce across the island as well as directly through their honesty box farm shop.

With early starts and a strong work ethic, they focus on delivering fresh, seasonal produce that reflects the quality of Jersey farming. Their crops include Jersey Royals, sweet potatoes and a variety of vegetables grown with care and expertise.

Their work plays an important role in supporting local food supply and promoting fresh, island-grown produce.
