Dough is a Jersey-based artisan cookie business founded by Rubu Price and born out of lockdown in 2020. What began as homemade cookie baking by Rubu’s husband Chris quickly developed into a passion project after perfecting a recipe that proved impossible not to share.

With Ruby proudly taking on the role of chief taste tester, the business soon grew from baking at home into a popular local brand known for its indulgent, freshly baked cookies. Combining quality ingredients with handmade small-batch baking, Dough has built a loyal following among islanders looking for comforting sweet treats and creative flavours.

Based in Jersey’s Central Market, Dough reflects the warmth and entrepreneurial spirit that emerged during lockdown, transforming a family baking hobby into a thriving local business bringing joy — one cookie at a time.
