Heritage Jersey Apple Press is a specialist orchard and cider-focused business run by Hans van Oordt, dedicated to preserving traditional Jersey apple varieties.

Recognising the decline of historic island apple trees, Hans began propagating rare and heritage varieties, many of which are unique to Jersey. His work supports both conservation and the revival of local cider-making traditions.

Alongside growing apple trees, the business promotes awareness of Jersey’s rich agricultural heritage, ensuring these historic varieties continue to thrive for future generations.
