Jersey Fudge Pot
Jersey Fudge Pot is an artisan confectionery business run by Jill Holt, producing award-winning handmade fudge using traditional methods.
Made in small batches, the fudge is crafted using Jersey milk, butter and cream, alongside locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The result is a crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture that has earned recognition at international level, including multiple Great Taste Awards.
The range includes classic flavours as well as unique combinations incorporating local produce such as lavender, sea salt and Jersey Black Butter.
