Jersey Jacks is a small-batch artisan bakery producing handmade flapjacks using locally sourced ingredients and Jersey honey.
Founded by Connor Kearney, the business focuses on gluten-free, naturally sweet products made using traditional baking methods. Each batch is mixed, baked and packed by hand, delivering a soft, rich texture and distinctive flavour combinations.
The range includes both classic and innovative flavours, often created in collaboration with other local producers. Sustainability is also a key focus, with initiatives such as the Jersey Jacks Sustainable Bee Project supporting local pollinators.
