La Côte Distillery is a Jersey-based craft distillery producing premium spirits using a true grain-to-glass approach.
Founded by Alex Curtis, the distillery starts with raw ingredients such as malt barley, brewing, fermenting and distilling to create high-quality neutral spirits. A strong emphasis is placed on using local botanicals alongside carefully selected ingredients, resulting in distinctive small-batch gins and spirits.
The distillery also offers immersive experiences through its Gin Lab, where visitors can create their own bespoke bottle while learning about the distillation process. Combining craftsmanship, innovation and local sourcing, La Côte Distillery is a standout name in Jersey’s drinks scene.
