La Robeline Cider Company is a traditional cider producer based in St Ouen, crafting authentic Normandy-style cider using locally harvested apples.

Founded by Richard and Sarah Matlock, the business centres around a restored historic cider press brought from Normandy, reflecting a deep respect for heritage and traditional methods. Each autumn, apples are gathered from orchards across the island and pressed to create “Cidre dé Jèrri,” a lightly sparkling cider that honours Jersey’s historic cider-making culture.

La Robeline plays a key role in reviving the island’s cider traditions, combining craftsmanship with a passion for local produce.
