Le Boutillier Family

The Le Boutillier family have been farming at Woodlands Farm for generations and are one of the island’s remaining mixed dairy and potato farms.

Combining traditional farming methods with modern diversification, they produce Jersey Royal potatoes grown in nutrient-rich soil and maintain a working dairy herd. Their produce is available directly from the farm, including through the Potato Shack café, honesty box and on-site butchers.

The family’s commitment to fresh, seasonal and locally produced food makes them an important part of Jersey’s agricultural heritage, with products that reflect both quality and tradition.
