Shaped by the Ocean

Shaped by the Ocean is a creative collaboration between Emily and Melanie Dow, producing handmade jewellery and artwork inspired by Jersey’s coastline.

Using sea glass, pottery fragments and seaweed collected from local beaches, they transform natural materials into unique jewellery and pressed botanical artworks. Each piece retains the character shaped by the sea, making every item one of a kind.

Their work celebrates Jersey’s marine environment, combining sustainability with artistic craftsmanship.
