Vienna Bakery

Founded in 1961, Vienna Bakery is Jersey’s traditional craft bakery, proudly preserving the skills, techniques and values of generations of master bakers. Family-run by the Dodge family, the business combines time-honoured baking methods with modern production to supply fresh bread and baked goods across the Island every day.

Quality, provenance and craftsmanship remain at the heart of everything Vienna Bakery does. Using carefully sourced ingredients and slow fermentation techniques, the team produces a wide range of breads, pastries and local favourites, including nearly 20 varieties of French stick.

The bakery is also committed to preserving Jersey’s unique baking heritage, from traditional cabbage loaves baked on fresh local cabbage leaves to the much-loved Jersey Wonder. These authentic Island recipes and methods continue to connect the community with Jersey’s rich food traditions.
